Amass Monitor is a new capability that continuously scans newly published scientific literature and scores each publication against your specific relevance criteria and business priorities. Instead of setting up manual alerts across multiple databases, teams describe what matters in natural language, and Monitor assesses new publications automatically, returning a relevance rating (High, Medium, or Low) with a written explanation for each result.
Teams configure a monitor by describing their area of interest and the criteria that define relevance. Monitor then runs continuously in the background, evaluating new publications as they appear. Each result includes a relevance score and a plain-language explanation of why the publication was flagged, making it easy to triage without reading every abstract.
Each monitoring cycle evaluates the top 300 articles published that day that match your configuration. We recommend defining your criteria and filters precisely so the system can focus its assessment on the publications most aligned with your strategic priorities.
Monitor adapts to a range of use cases depending on how teams define their relevance criteria:
Staying current with the literature is one of the most time-consuming parts of scientific intelligence work. Monitor removes the manual effort of scanning, filtering, and triaging new publications. Teams define the criteria once and receive scored, explained results on an ongoing basis.
Monitor is available now. To set up your first monitor, open Amass and navigate to the Monitor section. If you have questions or feedback, reach out to us at support@amass.tech.
