This feature enables users to transform existing documents, such as completed reports, structured templates, or analysis documents, into reusable templates. Instead of building a template from scratch, users can upload an existing document and let the system analyze its structure, extract sections, and identify variables that can be parameterised for future use.
How it Works
- Navigate to create a new template.
- Select the option to "Generate from Document."
- Upload your document or choose from Library.
- The system analyses your document to understand its structure and content.
- A template is automatically generated with sections, topics, and customisable placeholders (e.g.,
{{company_name}}, {{target_year}}). - Review and customise the generated template as needed.
- Save the template for future use across different subjects or projects.
