We're always working hard to enhance the user experience of our platform, making it even more seamless and intuitive for teams to collaborate effectively with their co-workers. In this update, we've introduced some powerful new features that we think you're really going to love and find incredibly useful in your day-to-day workflow.
First and foremost, we've made it much easier to share tasks directly with your teammates. Now, when you want to collaborate on something specific, you can instantly share a task with a co-worker and send them straight to your task with just a few clicks. But that's not all – we've also added the ability to use an existing task as context when creating a new one. This means you can build upon previous work effortlessly, creating a truly fluid and natural workflow that allows you to apply relevant context to your next task without any friction or hassle.
Beyond these collaboration features, we've also taken a fresh look at the overall structure and navigation of the platform from a UX perspective. We listened to your feedback and realized that we could simplify things considerably to make your experience even better. As a result, we've moved datasets out of the main drive area and instead provided quick, direct access to team files right underneath each menu item where you need them most. This makes finding and accessing shared resources much more straightforward and intuitive.
There's one more important change worth noting: newly created assets will now only appear in your library, keeping everything organized and easy to find. Meanwhile, the drive section will be dedicated exclusively to uploaded data files. We're confident that this clearer separation will help you maintain a much better overview of everything you've created and shared with your team, reducing clutter and making it easier than ever to stay organized and productive.
